A long-time friend of Yohko and Chikako. Osamu is one of Yohko's classmates, he has a crush on her.

He is in love with Yohko but doesn't know how to tell her. Yohko thinks he's too immature.

Osamu only appears in the first episode. He becomes possessed by a demon, and he later lures Yohko to a hotel. As he is about to take advantage of Yohko, Madoka saves them both.
